52 Letters to My Son is a structured fatherhood formation program delivered digitally.
The program provides:

  • Weekly teachings and reflections
  • Writing prompts and structured guidance
  • Community access (where applicable)
  • Optional coaching services (purchased separately)
  • The program is educational and formative in nature. It does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Educational Use Only

This program is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or legal advice.
Participation does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or fiduciary relationship.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the material in your own life and family.

4. Accounts and Access

To access the program, you may be required to create an account through our platform provider (Kajabi).

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Access to the program is tied to your active subscription or purchase level.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through third‑party providers such as Stripe.

Available payment options may include:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual membership
  • Lifetime access

Monthly subscriptions grant access only while payments remain current. If payment stops, access to the program and materials is suspended.

Annual and lifetime access grant access according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

Coaching services are non‑refundable. All coaching packages must be used within one year of the initial purchase date.

7. Community Conduct

If you participate in any community spaces associated with the program, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and in good faith
  • Remain on topic and within the scope of the program
  • Refrain from harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior
  • Avoid political or religious debates unrelated to the program
  • Avoid manipulation, deception, or coercive tactics
  • Violation of community guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including written content, emails, videos, prompts, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of 52 Letters to My Son.

You may:

  • Use the materials for personal, family, and private educational purposes

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish program materials
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission
  • The letters you write to your children are your own.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Meta Father and Noah Revoy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

You accept responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the program if these Terms are violated.

Termination may occur without refund if access is revoked due to misconduct or misuse.

These Terms may be updated periodically.

The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the program operator is based, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
