Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy Philosophy
52 Letters to My Son is not an impulse purchase. It is a structured formation program designed to be completed over time.
Because of this, our refund and cancellation policies are intentionally simple, limited, and clearly defined.
We do not offer flexible or discretionary refunds beyond what is stated here.
2. Program Access & Subscriptions
52 Letters to My Son is offered through three access models: Monthly Subscription, Annual Membership, and Lifetime Access. Each provides access to the same core program materials but differs in duration and conditions.
Access to the program is digital and delivered through the platform. Access is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the account used at purchase.
Your level of access depends entirely on the plan you select and remains active only for the duration of that plan.
3. Monthly Subscription Policy
The monthly subscription is designed to allow fathers to begin the program without a large upfront cost.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
- Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.
- Access to the program continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- There are no partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
- If a monthly payment fails and is not corrected, the system will automatically cancel the subscription. When cancellation occurs, access to all program materials, community spaces, and personal content within the platform ends immediately.
4. Annual Membership Policy
The annual membership provides access to the full program for a fixed twelve-month period.
Annual memberships are paid upfront.
- Access remains active for the full twelve months regardless of completion pace.
- Annual memberships do not automatically convert to monthly plans unless explicitly selected.
- Annual purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. Lifetime Access Policy
Lifetime access grants permanent access to the program materials for as long as the program exists on the platform.
- Lifetime access is a one-time purchase.
- Access does not expire.
- Lifetime access is personal and non-transferable.
- Because lifetime access provides immediate, permanent access, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
6. Free Letters & Trial Access
From time to time, we offer free letters or limited trial access so fathers can understand the nature and quality of the program.
- These free materials are provided for informational purposes only.
- Free letters do not constitute enrollment in the full program.
- Free access does not include community participation or full curriculum access.
- Free letters and trial access are non-refundable, as no payment is required.
7. Coaching Services Policy
Coaching is a separate offering from the 52 Letters program and is purchased independently.
Please read this section carefully.
- All coaching purchases are final. There are no refunds on coaching, ever.
- Coaching packages must be used within twelve (12) months of the date of the first payment.
- If a coaching package is purchased through multiple payments, the twelve-month usage window begins on the date of the first payment.
- Any unused coaching sessions expire after the twelve-month window and are forfeited.
- Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It is a structured, educational process focused on clarity, responsibility, and professional fatherhood.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks are costly and disruptive. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Permanent account termination
- Loss of access to all purchased materials
- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that violate this policy.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for exceptions to this policy are rare and considered only in extraordinary situations.
Any exception, if granted, is entirely discretionary and does not establish precedent.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
