Contact & Support

1. Quick Message to the Reader

Before you begin the program, take one important step: whitelist our email address ([email protected]) . This ensures every weekly module, reflection, and letter prompt reaches you without interruption.

If you need support at any point, you will receive a clear response. We are here to help you stay on the path and keep your work moving forward.

2. Primary Support Contact

If you ever need assistance, you may contact the support team directly at: [email protected]

Use this email for:

  • Technical problems accessing Kajabi or emails.
  • Billing or subscription questions.
  • Problems receiving your weekly modules.
  • Website or account access issues of any kind.

Every message is handled with care and professionalism. The goal is to resolve your issue quickly so you can return your focus to the work that matters.

3. Response Time Expectations

When you reach out for support, you deserve clarity about when to expect a reply. This program serves fathers who have real responsibilities, and the support structure reflects that same professionalism.

You can expect:

  • A response within 24–48 business hours. Most messages are answered sooner.
  • Weekend and holiday delays. Support is not monitored on weekends or major holidays unless previously announced.
  • If something is time‑sensitive, include the word URGENT in your subject line. We will prioritize those cases as soon as a support window opens.
  • You are never ignored. Every message is read, considered, and answered with the intention of helping you continue the work without unnecessary friction.

4. When to Use Support vs. Coaching

Fathers often send deeply personal questions through the support channel. This section gives you clarity so your message reaches the right place and gets the right kind of attention.

When to Use Support

Use the support email when you need help with:

  • Billing questions
  • Technical problems
  • Access issues within the platform
  • Problems receiving your weekly modules

These matters are handled quickly so you can stay focused on the work.

When to Use Coaching

Use coaching when you are facing:

  • Personal fatherhood challenges
  • Relationship or leadership struggles
  • Questions about identity, worldview, or clarity
  • Situations where you need guidance, not troubleshooting

Coaching is a deeper, more personal process. It is where we can work through the questions that shape your character, your fatherhood, and the future you are building for your children.

6. Billing & Subscription Questions

This section exists to give you clear answers about billing, access, and subscriptions so you can make decisions without confusion or unnecessary back‑and‑forth.

How do I update my payment method?

You may update your credit or debit card at any time inside your account dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to your Billing or Account Settings area and enter your new payment details.

Changes take effect immediately.

Can I switch between monthly, annual, or lifetime plans?

Yes. You may upgrade from a monthly or annual plan to a higher tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades, when available, typically apply at the end of your current billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • You may cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard.
  • Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.

What happens after I cancel?

If you are on a monthly subscription, access ends when your current paid period ends.

If a payment fails and is not corrected, the system will automatically cancel the subscription.

When a monthly subscription ends, you immediately lose access to:

  • All program modules
  • Weekly letters
  • Community spaces
  • Your personal library within the platform

Annual and lifetime members retain access for the duration of their plan. Lifetime members retain access permanently.

What happens if a monthly payment fails or is stopped?

Monthly subscriptions provide access only while payments remain active. If a payment fails, Kajabi and Stripe will attempt to process it automatically. After several failed attempts, the subscription will cancel and access will stop.

This distinction is intentional and reflects the difference between temporary access (monthly) and permanent ownership (lifetime).

For full details, please review the Pricing and Refund & Cancellation Policy pages.

7. Community Guidelines Reminder

  1. The community space exists to support fathers actively working through 52 Letters to My Son. It is not a general discussion forum. It is a focused environment designed to help you think clearly, write well, and stay grounded in the work.
  2. To keep the space strong and useful for everyone, please observe the following guidelines:
  3. Stay focused on the program. Discussion should center on the weekly letters, themes, questions, and challenges raised within the 52 Letters curriculum.
  4. No political or religious debates. While many fathers bring strong convictions into this work, the community is not a place for debating politics or theology. Those conversations quickly distract from the purpose of the program.
  5. Respect confidentiality. What other fathers share here stays here. This space requires trust in order to function.
  6. No mocking, shaming, or humiliation. We are here to build fathers, not posture, compete, or tear one another down.
  7. Write and speak with restraint. This is a place for clarity, reflection, and responsibility, not impulsive reaction.
  8. No use of deception or manipulation. This includes emotional manipulation, coercive framing, guilt tactics, or influence strategies such as GSRRM. This community exists to cultivate clarity and integrity in fatherhood, not control or psychological leverage.
  9. There will be opportunities, over time, to discuss broader themes that extend beyond the written letters. For now, this community exists to support the focused work of becoming a professional father through this program.
